General Rules & Guidelines
Mandatory requirements and instructions for all participating institutions and students.
Online Registration Only
All registrations must be submitted online. Cash/on-spot registrations are strictly not accepted. Ensure your email is valid and active.
Participation Limits
One student is permitted to participate in a maximum of TWO events. Double-check event timings carefully to avoid overlaps.
College ID & Bonafide
Producing a valid college ID card at the desk is mandatory. You must also produce a Bonafide letter from your Principal or Fine Arts coordinator.
Accommodation
Free accommodation is provided in campus rooms and ladies' hostel for institutions submitting requests in advance.
Food & Coupons
Separate coupons are available for purchase at the counters: Breakfast (₹50), Lunch (₹100), and Dinner (₹70).
No Refund Policy
All registration fees are final. Under no circumstances will refunds be provided.
